Promise is a stunning girl with tons of potential. Even at a young age, Promise has shown wonderfully; full of attitude and confidence and always ready to strut her stuff in the ring. She has her sire's love for the show ring!
On April 1st-2nd, 2017 at UKC shows hosted by the United German Shepherd Dog Alliance in Minneapolis, MN, Promise won 1st place in female novice puppy all four shows, and Best of Breed Novice Puppy in two shows. In the first show, she went on to win Best In Show Novice Puppy! Great start to her career!
On May 21st-22nd, 2017 at UKC shows hosted by the American Basenji Club in Hugo, MN, Promise won the bred-by class all four shows, Best female twice, Reserve Best female twice, and Best of Winners once to start off her conformation career in the licensed classes. She only needs one more major for her conformation championship! And she's only 6 months old!
At UKC shows in Minneapolis, MN hosted by the UGSDA, Promise won reserve champion twice, and one Champion of Champions! One more win towards her Grand Championship!
On July 1st-2nd, 2017 at UKC shows hosted by the Red Pine Kennel Club in Le Center, MN, Promise won Best Female, Best of Winners, and BEST OF BREED twice with a group 1 and a group 3 to finish her UKC CHAMPIONSHIP! She moved to the Champion class and won reserve champion and then Champion of Champions and Best of Breed for her first competition win for her Grand Championship! We're so proud of this 8 month old baby!
At UKC shows in Minneapolis, MN on September 23rd-24th Promise won reserve Champion twice, and Champion of Champions twice for her second and third win towards her Grand! Only two more to go! Good job baby girl!
On March31st-April 1st at UKC conformation shows hosted by the United German Shepherd Dog Alliance, Promise finished her Grand Championship by winning the Champion class in the first show on Saturday. She also went on to win the Grand Champion class her first time out as a Grand! Very proud of her!!
Here is a great photo of Promise gaiting in the ring, the day she earned her Grand Championship. She is a beautiful mover; fully extended and suspended(all four off the floor). The photo also captures her enthusiasm and goofy personality in the ring...something she inherited from her daddy, Major. She has been such a fun girl to show!
