Judge x Pieta 2016 litter!

On April 14th, 2017, Pieta gave birth to 6 black and tan puppies sired by Judge! 4 boys and 2 girls!
We decided that this litter was the "Justice" themed litter!

Just days before Pieta's due date, we had xrays taken of Pieta's abdomen to count how many babies she was going to have! Radiologist counted 6!

2 week old pictures!!! Sadly, we made the tough decision to euthanize "Prophet", our blue collar boy. At 12 days of age he started regurgitating his milk after nursing, so we took him to the vet. Xrays confirmed megaesophagus and there was already evidence of aspiration pneumonia. It was heartbreaking and the hardest thing we've ever done, but we're comforted in knowing that he was wasn't suffering at the time of his passing and was extremely well-loved in the 12 days of his short life. See you again someday, little sweet Prophet!
